DIMONDS® WR-90 Eco-flexible Type PU Grouting Material
Product Description
DIMONDS® WR-90 reacts with water to form an elastic foam with a pore structure, which has certain adhesiveness. The elastic foam formed has small shrinkage, and can absorb water for a second time when meeting water. The expansion rate can reach more than 100%, playing a good secondary water plugging effect. It is widely used in leak plugging engineering fields such as subway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, and underground garages.

Product Features
1. This product is a single component injection sealing material, which is easy to construct.
2. Has good miscibility with water.
3. The solidified body has good extensibility, elasticity, and impermeability, and permanently maintains its original shape in water.
4. This product will foam and expand when it comes into contact with water, and the foam will shrink less compared to conventional materials on the market.
5. After encountering water again, the solidified body will quickly return to its original size, forming a secondary expansion and achieving a secondary water blocking effect. (Attached below is a rendering)
6. The consolidated body has good elasticity and can effectively meet the needs of sealing deformed gaps such as settlement joints.
7. Has strong adaptability to water quality.
Applications
1. Sealing of deformation joints, construction joints, and structural cracks in underground engineering such as buildings, subways, and tunnels.
2. Bridge piers, dams, hydropower stations crack sealing, and concrete structure exterior wall reinforcement.
3. Various water towers, pools, and basements are designed to prevent seepage and leakage.
