Introduction
DIMONDS® C1900FR/B2 flame-retardant spray polyurea is a two-component aromatic polyurea elastomer, which is produced by the reaction of isocyanate component and amino compound component. Professional polyurea spraying equipment is required for construction. Process Guidance:
- Surface treatment: The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease and other impurities.
- Before spraying: Stir component B with an air mixer for at least 15 minutes.
- When spraying, use polyurea special spraying equipment for construction.
Storage conditions:
Storage ambient temperature: 5 – 35 °C.
Packing: 220 kg / barrel for A component; 210 kg / barrel for B component.
The shelf life of the product starts from the date of production and is guaranteed to be in an unopened state.
Part A: 6 months Part B: 6 months.
Make sure the product packaging is sealed.
Store in a cool, ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight.
